What is TeamViewer
TeamViewer is a remote access, control, and support solution that works with every desktop and mobile platform — Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. The app lets you remote into computers or mobile devices located anywhere. You can connect to servers, commercial-grade machines, and IoT devices remotely from anywhere at any time through a secure global remote access network.
You can use SuperOps.ai to manage client endpoints, provision accounts, and provide support with TeamViewer. To enable this integration, you require TeamViewer's corporate subscription.
Why connect TeamViewer and SuperOps.ai
You can access client endpoints remotely from Windows, macOS, or Linux devices.
Setting up the integration within SuperOps.ai is as simple as logging into your TeamViewer account.
TeamViewer enables cloud-based network compression and AES 256-bit end-to-end encryption, so you can access your desktop files securely.
You can share files using convenient methods such as a file manager, contextual menus, drag and drop, and a file box that can link to cloud storage providers.
Print documents locally, from the remote computer that you can access when connecting between Windows devices.
You can get detailed connection reports that show you who connected to which endpoint and for what duration.
The interface is simple and easy to use so you can focus on providing effective support.
You can proactively fix issues, perform maintenance, and provide remote support to your clients and you don't need the end-user to be present when you remotely access their devices and servers.
