What is TeamViewer

TeamViewer is a remote access, control, and support solution that works with every desktop and mobile platform — Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. The app lets you remote in to computers or mobile devices located anywhere. You can connect to servers, commercial-grade machines, and IoT devices remotely from anywhere at any time through a secure global remote access network.

You can use to manage client endpoints, provision accounts, and provide support with TeamViewer. To enable this integration, you require TeamViewer's corporate subscription.

Our customer may use TeamViewer for remote access, we integrate the TeamViewer in our product so that the customer can access their client's devices remotely to provide seamless support.


How to set up TeamViewer for

  • You need to have a TeamViewer corporate subscription to enable the integration in
  • Get started by navigation to Settings and click 'Marketplace'
  • You will see the list of available integrations; click Install next to TeamViewer app
  • Enter your Tenant ID and API token and click save
