About your role at SuperOps.ai

We’re looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner primarily with our Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to build an A-star team.

You'll be taking charge of defining, designing, and implementing recruitment strategies for SuperOps.ai with a focus on attracting top talent. You will partner closely with our hiring managers to fill requisitions as quickly as possible. Parallelly, you will continue to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

You're someone who

Has 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a SaaS startup.

Understands and executes the full recruitment lifecycle process.

Has a proven record of success in technical recruiting for Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

Is highly skilled in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
