Lead Solutions Engineer
You'll be responsible for
Taking part in shaping a new department from scratch by defining the direction of new solutions, processes or operational plans based upon business strategy.
Working closely with the sales lead for technical closures of potential prospects and leads.
Work cross-functionally with the Product Management and Engineering teams.
Analyzing and reporting daily sales metrics.
Delivering customer demos and helping with customer onboarding.
Reporting processes that may need improvement.
Contributing to the sales and messaging strategy improvements.
Ensuring that our CRM contains accurate account details and contact information.
Monitoring news and developments relating to or impacting key customers or prospects.
You're someone who
Has effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Has 5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in SaaS or IT.
Is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn/dive in where necessary.
Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Has a positive attitude and is willing to juggle multiple projects.
