Every time we bought MSP software, it felt like a trade-off. All we wanted is software that helps us keep the engine running effortlessly. We wanted software that empowers us to do our jobs better.
But there wasn't one!
So we rethought service delivery from the ground up — how do we bridge the gaps in managed service delivery? What do we need in software that can empower us to deliver great service?

We are a team of two co-founders who have been building ITSM & ITOM products for the last two decades. SuperOps.ai is the modern MSP software we wish we had: designed to make service delivery easy.
